Home improvement plays a key role in the value of your property. A home is prone to many deteriorating factors, many of which come with fond memories. Unfortunately, people who come to view the property once you decide to sell won't see that knock on the wall as fondly as you do.

There are also a number of environmental factors you should consider. Property in South Africa, for example, is subject to high temperatures, which causes wooden features to dry out while coastal areas across the globe will see the spread of rust. Kulula is South Africa's equivalent of the UK's Easy Jet, except their plane and flights are a lot more entertaining.

 Kulula Airline was first established in July 2001 and began their flights a month later, their Head Office is situated in Johannesburg and was setup as a low-fare carrier.

Their comical ways caused them some grief this year when FIFA complained about them describing their airline as the "Unofficial National Carrier of the You-Know-What", which resulted in them removing the offending advertisements.

 If you were to book a flight with Kulula Airlines, you will notice their hilarious plane design which very clearly points out parts of the plane, and where the captain sits (more photo's of their plane shown below), along with the fact that there is no assigned seating once you have boarded, which basically means you just sit where you like (this does not include the cockpit).
