It has been reported that a company based in Miami, Florida have decided to develop a new type of celery which won't be the usual green colouring we are used to seeing over the years, instead it's going to be red! That's right Red!

Duda Farm Fresh Foods have decided to develop a milder tasting celery which they have done by cross-pollinating a green variety with a celery root.


"It has the same great crisp, fresh flavor as regular celery," Duda Farm Fresh Foods' President Dan Duda said in a statement.
